The invention relates to an arrangement with two, arranged on both sides of a movable furniture part locking devices for locking the movable furniture part in a locking position relative to a furniture body. In addition, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with such an arrangement.
Locking devices for furniture parts have been known for many years in order to keep the movable furniture parts (drawers) in a closed position in the furniture carcass. Such locking devices are especially useful when active ejection devices for the movable furniture part are integrated in the furniture. By unlocking the locking device then this ejection device is active and moves the furniture part from a closed position to an open position, from where it can then usually be opened by hand. For relatively small drawers (about 50 cm wide) and light drawers usually only one of these ejection devices or locking devices is sufficient. However, in order to guarantee a smooth and straight ejection of the drawer, especially on wide drawers, these lockable ejection devices are usually arranged on both sides of the drawer on the drawer or on the furniture body. In most cases, these lockable ejectors also have a so-called touch-latch mechanism, which makes it possible to unlock the locking device when pressed on the drawer in the closed position and thereby cause an ejection. In order to prevent such a two-sided ejection devices a one-sided and oblique ejection - in which the drawer could be jammed in the furniture body - already several synchronization mechanisms are known.
For this purpose, for example, WO 2010/129971 A1 discloses a two-sided ejection device, in which the linearly displaceable slides of the two unlockable ejection devices are coupled in motion via a rotatable synchronization rod.
WO 2009/114884 A2 also shows a synchronization unit for locking units of a lockable ejection device. 2 * »» * · · ♦ ♦ # · *
Furthermore, EP 1 314 842 B1 shows a device for opening and closing a movable furniture part, which allows a synchronous ejection of two ejection devices which are assigned to a drawer.
It is also known from the not previously published, the applicant's own Austrian application with the application number A 614/2011 a lockable ejection device having a synchronization mechanism for lockable slide the ejection device. In this case, connecting elements at both ends of a synchronization rod teeth, which engage in synchronization teeth of the carriage.
A disadvantage of all known from the prior art synchronization mechanisms that these synchronization mechanisms are only considered to synchronize the ejection movement and guarantee no synchronous locking or even prevent them. This leads to problems especially when the drawer is inserted obliquely or obliquely, so that locking takes place on one side first. As soon as this locking has then taken place on one side, no locking and sufficient clamping of the ejection device can take place on the other side, so that in turn the drawer is ejected only on one side. However, it can also happen that an operator of the drawer wants to notice only the one-sidedness of the drawer and wants to manually move the non-closed sloping drawer side into the closed position, which may even lead to damage in the locking devices. If, for example, according to the A 614/2011 one side of the ejector is already in the closed position, while the other nachhinkt, can be done by the teeth of the synchronization rod no further movement, unless the teeth of the connecting element get out of engagement with the rack by high trauma, causing damage can cause.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a comparison with the prior art improved arrangement with two locking devices. In particular, a safe and trouble-free closing should be made possible on both sides of a movable furniture part.
This is solved for an arrangement with the features of the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that each locking device comprises a blocking device which prevents the locking position from being reached in the blocking position, each locking device having a release means, by which the blocking position of the blocking device respectively associated with the other locking device can be canceled. This means in general terms that can only be done on one side of the movable furniture part a lock when the other side of the movable furniture part has already been driven sufficiently far into the furniture body. Thus, a lock is allowed only with straight and parallel inserted drawer or only slightly skewed drawer. In other words, in other words, the release means detects on one side how far away the drawer on this side is from the closed position and, on reaching a certain small distance (eg 0 to 5 mm), releases the blockage on the other side and there allows locking.
Specifically, this can be done, for example, by position sensors that release the blocking position of the corresponding blocking device on the other side via electrical signals and thus enable locking. A variant of the present invention may provide that by each release means in each case only the blocking position of each of the other locking device associated blocking device can be canceled. This can preferably be done by a control or regulating device.
Alternatively and preferably it can be provided that the release means are connected to each other via a synchronization rod, wherein the blocking position of both locking devices can be canceled simultaneously. By this synchronization rod is thus achieved on both sides of the blocking, which preferably takes place in that the blocking device prevents in blocking position rotation of the synchronization rod. 4
In a concrete mechanical embodiment of the present invention can be provided that each of the two locking devices has a relative to a housing between a locking position and an open position movable carriage and each of the two carriages having a guide rail, in each of which a connecting element displaceable up to an end stop and - Is guided in rotation coupled to the guide rail, radially projecting projections on the connecting element - and the connecting elements are coupled via the synchronization rod, wherein an end stop at least one of the guideways, a narrow portion of at least one guideway and an extension of at least one connecting element, the blocking device form and a wide portion of both guideways, both connecting elements and the synchronization rod form the release agent, wherein in blocking position At least one extension of a connecting element rests against the narrow portion of the guideway and prevents rotational movement of the connecting element and the synchronization rod and are arranged in raised blocking position extensions of both connecting elements in the wide portion of the respective guide rail and thereby both connecting elements are rotatable together with the synchronization rod. Above all, because the synchronization rod does not have to rotate constantly (as in A 614/2011, for example), but moves in the guideway or moves in a slippery manner, a smooth movement after lifting the blocking position can be made possible even when tilted.
Locking in the blocking position is prevented in particular by the fact that in the blocking position at least the extension of a connecting element by abutment on the end stop limits the travel of the carriage and thereby prevents locking of the carriage in the locked position and wegbewegbar in repealed blocking position of this extension of the end stop, preferably wegdrehbar, is, whereby the travel of the carriage is free and this carriage is locked in the locked position. * * * * * * 4 * * 4 * * * 4 * * * ft * t «t« · «« * * * * * * * * 5 * * I »* ♦ * * * · * *
In order to force a simultaneous locking on both sides, it is preferably provided that in repealed blocking position extensions of both connecting elements of the respective end stops wegbewegbar, preferably wegdrehbar, whereby the travel paths of both carriages are free and both carriages are locked synchronously in the locked position. This is especially achieved when the wide portion of the guideway has a length (about 2-5 mm), which is barely longer than the protruding from the connecting element extension.
However, another variant of the invention can provide in this regard that a locking of a second locking device is also made possible when the first locking device is already locked and the drawer still has a certain inclination. This is achieved in that in the unlocked blocking position and in a locked in the locked position carriage of the other locking device associated carriage is movable in the locked position. Above all, this is made possible by the fact that the wide section of the guideway is not only formed in the very last part of the closing movement but is several millimeters (for example 5 to 25 mm) long.
As is known per se, according to a further embodiment it can be provided that each locking device comprises a slide, a control lever, a slide track and a control pin, wherein the slide can be locked in the locking track formed in the housing via the control pin arranged in the control lever.
Furthermore, protection is sought for a piece of furniture with the features of claim 10 and claim 11.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Show:

In principle, it should be noted that FIGS. 1 to 13 coincide with the figures in the aforementioned Austrian application A 614/2011. That is, all functions that are shown there are, in principle, also provided in the present invention. Only the design of the connecting element 23, the synchronization teeth 26 and the guidance of this connecting element 23 in the carriage 11 differ from the already known embodiment.
1 shows a furniture 15, comprising a furniture body 16 and two movable furniture parts 2. The upper movable furniture part 2 is in this case in «« * * * * * * * * · «« I «l < l «· ·» f «· · *** 7 ·» «» · * · · * »·
Closed position SS, the control pin 4 is held in the slide track 3 in the locked position VS. This control pin 4 is connected via a control lever 12 with a in the (only schematically indicated here) housing 10 movable carriage 11. This carriage 11 is connected to the housing 10 via an ejection spring 8, wherein in this locking position VS the ejection spring 8 (tension spring) is stretched. The ejection device 1 is mounted on the drawer rail 17, wherein the drawer rail 17 is locked relative to the carcass rail 18, that is not movable, since the drawer rail 17 on the ejector 1 and its ejector element 13 shown schematically (with locking hooks) on the driver 19 also shown schematically Carcass rail 18 is held.
Now takes place - as shown in the lower movable furniture part 2 of FIG. 1 - a release (both by overpressing and by pulling the movable furniture part 2 possible), the control pin 4 passes outside the locking portion of the slide track 3. Then then the carriage 11 is not is locked more in the slide track 3, the ejection spring 8 can contract, whereby the housing 10 of the ejection device 1 is moved together with the attached thereto movable furniture part 2 in the opening direction OR. Since the carriage 11 itself is positively connected via the ejection element 13 with the driver 19, a displacement of the housing 10 relative to the carriage 11 and the movable furniture part 2 is in the open position OS.
FIG. 2 shows a side wall of the movable furniture part 2 and the container rail 20, which is held on the drawer rail 17, which is poorly visible here. Under this drawer rail 17 and under the container rail 20, the ejection device 1 is attached.
In Fig. 3, the drawer side wall 21 is shown. The driver 19 is attached via a mounting member 22 on the carcass rail 18. In Fig. 4, the drawer side wall 21 is shown together with the attached to the drawer rail 17 ejector 1. The connection element 23 * * * 4 ι ························································ the synchronization with a second ejection device associated with another, not shown, drawer side wall, and a Tiefenverstelleinrichtung 14 can be seen.
In Fig. 5, the housing cover 10c is removed from the ejection device 1, whereby an insight into the ejection device 1 is given. It can be seen that the ejection element 13 (locking hook) is positively connected to the driver 19. This ejection element 13 moves in the guideway 24. In addition, the ejection spring 8 and the spring 9 for the blocking element 7 is shown.
In Fig. 6, the movable furniture part 2 together with drawer side wall 21 is moved further in the opening direction OR, the discharge element 13 has passed into the tapered end portion of the guideway 24 and thereby pivoted relative to the carriage 11 and the driver 19 is free. From this point on or from this position, the movable Möbelteif 2 can be moved freely in the opening direction OR (see also Fig. 7). FIG. 8 shows a view of the ejection device 1 from the furniture part center. In this case, the housing cover 10c is completely removed. In addition, a part of the displaceable part 10a is also hidden, whereby one has a view of the sliding part 3 formed in the sliding part 10a. In this Fig. 8, the control pin 4 is in the locking position VS and is located in the locking recess 5 on the locking element 7 at.
In Fig. 9, the control pin 4 is shown in the overpressed position Ü and passes from the locking portion 3b in the opening portion 3c (see also Fig. 18).
In Fig. 10, the effect of the ejection spring 8 has already been used, whereby the mounting part 10b of the housing 10 relative to the carriage 11 moves in the opening direction OR, since the carriage 11 itself via the ejection element 13 (with locking hook) on the driver 19 and thus on the furniture body 16 is held. The control pin 4 is shown shortly before passing over the branch element 25, * * * «* * # *« «* * * * ** ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * *» »Q i« * The control pin 4 presses this spring-loaded branch element 25 downwards, which returns to the starting position after passing over. This allows when moving the control pin subsequently in the closing direction SR, that the control pin 4 is not in the opening portion 3c but in the closing portion 3a passes or is deflected.
In Fig. 11, the ejection spring 8 has completely discharged (thus contracted) and the carriage 11 has the ejection element 13 moves in the oblique end portion of the guide track 24, so that the ejection element 13 is pivoted and repealed the positive engagement between the ejection element 13 and the driver 19 is.
In Fig. 12, the ejection device 1 is no longer held on the driver 19, whereby the entire movable furniture part 2 is freely movable.
Fig. 13 shows the narrow and elongate ejection device 1 in the assembled state.
FIGS. 14 and 15 show an exploded view of the ejection device 1 from different sides. As large components, this ejection device 1 has a housing 10 consisting of the mounting part 10b, the housing cover 10c and the displaceable part 10a. The ejection device 1 is connected to the movable furniture part 2 or to the drawer rail 17 via the mounting part 10b. The housing cover 10c is fixedly connected to the mounting part 10b via conventional connection means. Between these two parts, the displaceable part 10a is arranged, wherein the displacement and thus the depth of Verrieglungsstellung the entire drawer 2 can be adjusted via the depth adjustment 14. This rotatable depth adjustment device 14 has on its underside a helical worm 14b, which correspond with rasters 14a attached to the displaceable part 10a. In the displaceable part 10 a, the slide track 3 is formed, wherein the detent recess 5 of the slide track 3 is formed by the blocking element 7. This blocking element 7 is mounted displaceably and by the spring 9 (compression spring) subjected to force.
Compared to the entire housing 10, the carriage 11 is mounted movable or displaceable. On this carriage 11, the control lever 12 is pivotally mounted and has at one end the control pin 4, which engages in the slide track 3. In addition, at one end of the carriage 11, the ejection element 13 is pivotally mounted. The carriage 11 has a guide track 41 for a connecting element 23, on which a synchronization rod 46 can provide a connection to a further, essentially mirror-symmetrical ejection device on the other drawer side. Furthermore, the ejection device 1 has an ejection spring 8, which is held between the spring holder 27 on the housing cover 10c and the spring holder 28 on the carriage 11.
In addition, it can be seen in FIGS. 14 and 15 that the guide track 41 has a narrow section 42 and a wide section 43, transverse to the longitudinal extent of the carriage 11. In addition, in these two figures, the essential components of the locking device, namely the blocking device 40 and the release means 45 are shown. In this case, the locking device 40 comprises the extensions 44 on the connecting element 23, the narrow section 42 of the guide track 41 and the end stop 47 of the guide track 41. In contrast, the synchronization rod 46, the connecting elements 23 on both sides of the synchronization rod 46 and the wide sections 43 of the guide tracks 41 both locking devices, the release means 45th
In general, in these exploded views according to FIGS. 14 and 15, the embodiment is shown which corresponds to FIGS. 29 to 33, wherein a rocker-shaped holding element 48 is mounted on the carriage 11 in the wide section 43 of the guide track 41.
In FIGS. 16 to 18, a basic variant of the present invention, which corresponds to the wording of claim 2, is shown very schematically and in a simplified manner. In contrast, the schematic representations of FIGS. 19 to 22 show a variant which corresponds to claim 3.
According to FIG. 16, the drawer 2 located in the inclined position is pushed with the control pin 4 in the closing direction SR to the slide track 3.
If now, as in Fig. 17, the left control pin 4 almost reaches the locking portion of the slide track 3, blocks the blocking device 40 and prevents further movement of the control pin 4 and this can not lock in the slide track 3. At the same time, however, the blocking device 40 is already released on the right side.
As soon as the right side also meets in FIG. 18 by further insertion, if the control pins 4 are at the same height, the left blocking device 40 is also released and both control pins 4 can lock in their respective guide track 3. The crossed lines, schematic dashes form the release means 45, e.g. can be formed by sensors and electrical signals.
According to FIG. 19, the inclined drawer 2 is displaced in the closing direction SR as in FIG. 16.
In Fig. 20, the left control pin 4 (in concrete, the connecting element 23) comes into abutment with the end stop 41 of the blocking device 40, whereby the control pin 4 can not lock in the locking portion of the slide track 3 yet.
But as shown in FIG. 21, the right control pin 4 reaches the same height, takes place on the synchronization bar 46 of the release means 45 on both sides at the same time the lifting of the blocking position BS of the blocking device 40 and the blocking device 40 enters the lifted blocking position AB. As a result, the locking position VS according to FIG. 22 can then be achieved.
Fig. 23 shows in a partial section the right side of an ejection device 1 together with the locking device. It should be noted that in the
Description of this application for reasons of clarity is always from the right and left side of the speech, although this always depends on a specific execution of the viewing site. The detail view of FIG. 23a and the 3D representation of FIG. 23b also correspond to FIG. According to these three figures, the connecting element 23 and its extensions 44 are already almost at the end of the guide track 41 in the carriage 11, wherein an extension 44 abuts the end stop 47 of the guide track 41. Especially in FIG. 23 a, it can be seen that the extension 44 is already located in the wide section 43 of the guide track 41. According to these FIGS. 23, 23a and 23b, the blocking device 40 is still in the blocking position BS.
This is due to the fact that on the left side of the ejection device 1 (see FIGS. 24, 24a and 24b) the left connecting element connected to the right connecting element 23 via the synchronization rod 46 is still in the narrow section 42 of the guide track 41. Since the extensions 44 of the left connection element 23 rest on both sides on the surface of the guide track 41, no rotation of the synchronization rod 46 together with the connection elements 23 can take place. As shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, the movable furniture part is in an inclined position, wherein the right side is still away from the locking position VS by the distance X (see FIG. 25a), while the left locking device is still separated by the distance Y (FIG. see Fig. 24a) is removed from the locking position VS.
Figs. 25, 25a and 25b corresponding to Figs. 23, 23a and 23b. In FIGS. 26, 26a and 26b, the left side of the locking device has also moved further in the closing direction SR compared to FIGS. 24, 24a and 24b, as a result of which an extension 44 of the left-hand connection element rests against the end stop 47 as well. Now, if in this position, the drawer is moved even further in the closing direction SR, the synchronization rod 46 begins to rotate due to the 44 hineingleitenden in the wide portion 43 extensions and enters the position shown in FIGS. 27 and 28. By this approximately quarter turn in the direction of re-direction D, the blocking position BS is canceled and the two carriages 11 can extend by the distance X from the thirteenth
move the connecting elements 23 together with synchronization rod 46, whereby the control pin 4 is locked in the slide track 3 (see Fig. 27a).
The embodiment according to FIGS. 23 to 28 thus guarantees that the locking device is locked on both sides at the same time and thus no locking of an inclined drawer can take place.
In contrast, according to the embodiment according to FIGS. 29 to 33, a one-sided locking can very well take place.
In Fig. 29 to the right side of a locking device is shown, in which an extension 44 of a connecting element 23 is already applied to the end stop 47 of the guide track 41. Thus, the connecting element 23 is already in the region of the wide portion 43 of the guide track 41, in which in principle a rotation of the connecting element 23 together with the synchronization rod 46 would be possible. However, this is prevented due to the left side of the locking device according to FIG. 30, according to which the local connecting element 23 together with the extension 44 is still in the narrow region 42 of the guide track 41 and thus the blocking device 40 is in the blocking position BS.
If, however, by further insertion of the left side of the movable furniture part 2, the connecting element 23 in the guideway 41 moves further in the direction of the end stop 47, it passes into the wide section 43 of the guideway (see FIG. 31). As a result, the synchronization rod 46 can rotate in the direction of arrow D. Thus, the repealed blocking position AB is reached and the right locking device can move away from the end stop 47 and in the wide portion 43 as shown in FIG. 32, so that on the right side the locking position VS - in which the control pin 4 engages in the locking portion of the slide track 3 (see eg also Fig. 27a) is reached. Meanwhile, however, in the left locking device according to FIG. 31, the connecting element 23 is not yet entirely at the end of the guide track 41, so that the left locking device is not yet locked. If such an oblique position of the movable furniture part 2 according to FIG. 14 is 4 ft. ".
Fig. 31 and 32 has shown in the prior art, the left side could not be pushed further due to the no longer possible rotation of the synchronization teeth. In the prior art so the inclination must be taken into account. However, the advantage of the present invention lies in the fact that, from this oblique position on the left side according to FIG. 31, the locking position VS can still be achieved by further impressions. Starting from FIG. 31, the connecting element 23 is moved in the direction of the end stop 47 by a further closing movement and presses the elastically bending, rocker-shaped holding element 48 to the rear (from the guide track 41) and finally reaches the position according to FIG. 33, in which the extension 44 is held between the back again before sweeping support member 48 and the end stop 47. In this position, the locking position VS is reached on the left side, without causing damage.
Thus, the present invention provides an arrangement with both sides of a movable furniture part arranged locking devices in which a nondestructive locking on both sides of the drawer - despite oblique insertion of the drawer - is guaranteed.
In general, it should be noted that only in one representation, the synchronization bar 46 is shown. Of course, such a synchronization bar 46 as known per se can be attached between the connecting elements 23 and not shown for the sake of illustration-technical reasons in the remaining figures. The synchronization rod 46 is positively in the installed state and rotates connected to the connecting elements 23. The synchronization bar 46 may be made of aluminum in a high pressure process. The geometric design of the protruding from the connecting element 23 extensions 44 is arbitrary per se. It only has to be guaranteed that a rotational movement of the connecting elements 23 together with the synchronization rod 46 is permitted only in a last section of the closing path (corresponding to the length of the wide section 43).
